I need to know!!!
with my header that i got (DC Sport) it says they fit without EGR only what does that mean cause tommarow my greddy evo2 exhaust and my DC header are going in!!!

WOW!! That is the first header that I have heard of that needs to get rid of the egr. My guess is try to put them on with the egr in place first. The only thing that I could think of that could be in the way is the thermostat that is part of the egr.
Is that all it says about it "without EGR" or is there more. The EGR is on the right side of the block, move your intake out of the way and you should be able to see it. It is right on the side and it has a thermostat, a vac line running back to the left of the intake manifold and a metal tube that runs to the back of the intake manifold (right side) right after the throttle body. If it does not work with the EGR, you might just have to get rid of it.

Yea it says.......1995-99 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS/GS Non-Turbo for 2.0L DOHC (420a) Engine ONLY then its says under that....For vehicles WITHOUT EGR Applications ONLY!!!.....thats what it says lol

Thats hilarious
Well if they have a tech support line call them up and see what they say.. if it is just a matter of blocking off the egr then it should not be a problem. But still try to install it without messing with the egr.
