witch manifold is better

I have a Greddy intake manifold already and im wondering what the best intake and exaust manifolds are for the sr20det

My next choice of turbo has yet to be resolved probaby will be the GT30R just not sure how much bottem end i will loose. But im shooting for a well rounded 350-400 HP track car(not drag).
