What would make the cheepest 12 or 11 second toyota? What would you do, why, which car, what's the cost?

thats a tough one becuz an 11 or 12 second car is very fast and impossible to do it cheap...you would either have to buy a really fast stock car...which arent cheap...or get a sorta fast car for not much and then make it fast...which isnt cheap...but if i were you i would say a turbo charged mr2 or a first gen. supercharged mr2 cuz they are alot lighter.
