Help w/ Mobile Video.

I just wanted to know if anyone could help me out, I have a few questions I'd like to know before I invest in a flipdown monitor for my 96 Blazer.

1.) What all else would need to be bought besides the monitor & wire?
2.) Can it be ran off of a PS2 and not a DVD player?
3.) How much is involved in the mounting and wire process?
4.) Would I need a seperate amp. or batt. to power the monitor?

Any other useful information would be great if anyone can help me out.

Thanks,
Hypnotized Mind

Re: Help w/ Mobile Video.

1...you need either a FM modualtor or a head unit with an Aux input to get sound through the rest of your system.
2...as long as the monitor has an input you can use anything you want as a source. Yes PS2 will be fine. But you will need a power inverter for the PS2 to make it work in the car.
3....mounting depends on the overhead you purchase. Usually there is not much to it. Either remover our headliner or drop one side of it to get a view of what is underneath. There are roof supports running across the roof under the headliner. You can mount to one of those no problem. Make sure you use short screws. Wire is simple. You can power it from the radio harness or ignition harness.
4. no extra amps or battery...monitors draw very little current.
