How do you clear the amber from the bumper lens?

IF anybody knows how to manually clear the amber from the front bumper turning lens, please let me know how.

take out your headlights, put them in the oven for about 10 mins on low heat, then pull them apart and take out the amber, then place them back together using tub and bathroom silicon caulk and reverse the process.
