1990 Cavalier Z24 3.1L V6 Engine Trouble

I have had my car for a while and there is always something constantly wrong with it. But there is one thing that keeps coming back and I don't know what the problem is maybe someone could help me. the engine only has 77k miles on it so it isn't like the engine is that old. The problem is, that the car runs fine until I come to a complete stop, then it starts vibrating really bad and the rpm gauge and the voltage gauge start bouncing back and forth. I have been told it might be a vaccum line broken. Can someone please help??

i have already changed the speed sensor and it still does it. the mechanic said it was my motor and tranny mounts. those were replaced as well, but it doesnt vibrate as bad, but the problem is still there. it sounds like it is skipping a piston or something.
