Question about How to find out if it is U.S. Legal or not!

I ran into a person that will sell me his skyline but I asked him if it is u.s. legal but he doesn't know because he has only owned it for 5 years now, not the previous owner as you might understand! So how would I go about finding out about whether it is u.s. legal or not? Here is the specs and year of the skyline below!

darn it, i dont have that kind of money and I aint going to go for that big of a auto loan just to get it! Man either way I am screwed, I got to find a u.s. legal skyline! It has been my dreamcar since I first saw the R32 in 1996! I got to have this car!

Join the military...move to Japan...buy a Skyline....get a discharge and stay here...lots of cool cars at your disposal

nah, i live in the states! I found so many offers for skylines between 2-8 grand but then the u.s. legal stuff gets in the way of me getting it! guess i get to settle for a u.s. verson of the S13 and convert it to a S15

a 25,000 loan is pretty big.......Its going to be hard to find a US legal skyline, let alone someone who will sell it. People in the states who have these cars get attached to em. They have lots of sentimental value and wont want to give em up easily.

had you bothered to read the stuck threads all over the skyline forums you would have answered your own question. Simply put there are ONLY two companies which sell LEGAL Skylines for road use in the states.

Anyways the question has been answered no further discussion needed.
