Question

whats should i get

i know that there is know one car thats the best but i want to see what most people say.... so here it is if you had 8k to spend on a car and well say 8k in mods what car would be the best and why.. and with that much in mods i would say the car has to be runnin around a 12 in the quater mile thanks....
