There is no reason for me to go into detail . Do this for me GScivic7. Take the posative and negative wires off of your battery and switch them and see where it gets you. I would say its not a good thing my friend.

Re: Wired sub wrong

switching the polarity on your subs will not hurt it. Many people run their subs out of phase because they install their sub in their box inverted (with the basket hanging out) all you said was it did some damage. A battery and subwoofer are not the same thing. So unless you want to back up your post please don't post at all.

Did someone call the post police? You should probably have your sub in the box facing the correct way when reversing the polarity like he said(sub in their box inverted (with the basket hanging out). That could cause some problems (excursion). Or a box designed for push and pull. Or maybe just take it out of the box and lay it flat faceing the ground GScivic7. Why dont You guys lighten up. I kid around man. Take a joke. You take me as being rude but im not. Oh by the way I will post wherever.
