Ghost Popo Cars

So I saw on the morning news show(yesterday) in my city that from that day till the end of the month that the city Police force would be driving around in ghost cars. I suppose that they're trying to catch/cut down on aggresive drivers and speeding. Then on my way to work yesterday I passed a unmarked white van (it was goin under the speed limit) and noticed it had the police lights in the back window. It was the same van that all the Sargeants drive just without the decals. Man it stuck out like a sore thumb! No one drives thoughs except the Popo! And if anyone else did it would be a buisness and they would have logos and decals all over it. Some kinda succesful campaign that was..... Maybe they have other kinds of ghost cars to....maybe its the typical Popo Crown Vic or Impala . Anyways for everybody in Calgary watch out for ghost cars!

yeah I heard about that too. I heard they sent out like 15 ghost cars or something, and all they do is drive around all day on deerfoot looking for people who don't signal when they switch lanes, or people who switch lanes aggressively, or people who tail gate. I'm going to watch out, they're actually starting to crack down.

Ok, here's the funny thing. I live in New Mexico where street racing etc. isn't anywhere near as bad as other places(Kali for example) But our police department feels the need to put undercover cadillacs, civics, z28s, suburbans and other cars to "catch" us. It's getting way outta hand

heh heh do you know where this use of undercover cop cars comes from

ENGLAND i hate the ministry of Transportation for 3 reasons
Two fat jags Prescott
Gatso's (speed cameras carefully placed to fuck you over all day)
Unmarked police cars

of course there's an easy way to spot american cop cars look for about three antennas of decending size the red blue light in the mirrors and the ones behind the grille

just be glad they haven't introduced speed cameras

We got them here The govt. makes a shitload of money from them ,and it hasn't changed the way people drive.

We got plain cars as well(plain? hahaha they stick out like dogs' balls ) and booze buses(a bloody good idea in my book).Theres a special bastard squad for picking on truckers, too.

Bastard N.Z. politicians love to screw motorists every which way they can.

yea i heard about those Camaros they have long gearing so they can apparently do 200mph but if there's someone in the drivers seat then they won't chase you so all you need is either a light weight girlfriend
or a blow up sex doll

in utah they have white doge ram for ghost cars. they are all over i-15.

and i don't know why everybody is so concerned with how fast they are. if they want to cach you they'll catch you with road blocks or air support no matter how fast your car is. ca'nt outrun helicopters or radio

We've had unmarked squad cars in Chicago for years. Crown Vics, Caprices (bubbles), Yukon/Tahoes, Suburbans, Luminas, and Impalas (2000+).

You can tell when its a UC by the multiple antennas (if they have em)

perfect outward condition (always clean, either no hubcaps or ALL hubcaps which are perfectly clean and centered, no dents, new headlights)

Blue and red lights hidden in grille/ rear window/ windshield/ headlight housing

Fat donut eating guy in drivers seat

Sometimes they're not city cops though. They might be state troopers or county sherrifs. Any one of them will pull you over. i got pulled over by a sheriff once. I took a turn too fast (It was a 110 degree turn and I took it at about 30) He just asked why the hell I was going around the corner so fast, asked why me and my friends why we didnt have any girls in the car, asked who gets the most a$$ out of all of us (SERIOUSLY), and let me go.

He was funny as hell!
