Removing Rear Door Panels - 2004 Accord

By mistake I made a dent about 5 inches wide and 4 inches high while turning. Thank god it was a simple dent and no paint was chipped off. Just wondering first if its a good idea to take off the panel and pop the dent out. Does anyone know procedures I can do in order to pop out that dent? Possibly something soft like foam or a rubber pad over the dent from behind the door and lightly hammer it out. I don't want to rely on that "POPS A DENT" thing I've seen on TV. Anyone gone it in another way? If thats a good way of going please tell me how to take off the rear driver side panel. I looked all over the net for instructions and nothing.

Thanks,
Randy P
