torsion bar swap, anyone done one

There are lots of posts on turning up the stock torsion bars and on the f150 finger swap. Has anyone swaped out the stock torsion bars for either stiffer stock bars like 3/4 or 1 ton or aftermarket bars? I have a 99' Z71 5.3L 4X4. Any input would be appreciated. Links, part numbers that you know work. Thanks
