93 caprice stalls when warns up

I have a 93 caprice classic with 133000 miles on it and my problem is that it just started to stall out whem the engine is at a idle. it runs good at 50 mph. but at below that speed it lopes and at a idle it runs for a few seconds and dies. Ireplaced the fuel filter but no help. Also the heater blower don,t blow hard on the winshield, but does on the vents and floor. all this just started yesterday. any ideals. thanks rich

Vacuum leak could cause both symptoms.
