Talking American muscle gets flexed on ....

i was driving a friend home last night and there was a classic car show on the road i was on , and one of them just happens to pull out of the parking lot as im driving by ... it was very nice looking , white top and the rest was blue with some loud ass pipes , but i dont know what kind of car it was ... the guy was with his girl and was being a real ass when i tried to talk to him about it , all he said was "this is a real car son , ithen he revved up real hard and said thats a 350 " ... so as he tries to take off i gun it too and stay neck and neck with him but we had to shut it down due to traffic ... so finally the lanes open up and from a 45mph drop it was on ... we stayed neck and neck thru 2nd , then i hit 3rd gear so hard the car damn there went sideways and i started to pull hard ... by the end of 4th gear he was 2 cars back and i had to let off for more traffic .... so i slowed down really hard to let him get next to me again and he busts the craziest U turn ive ever seen almost taking out another car ... thats what he gets tho , i bet he felt real good in front of his girl losing to a 4cyl . car with about 4 liters less displacement

o yea for those that dont know , i drive an 01 gsr , with some mods .... but no turbo

I love classic cars - I don't have any sympathy for assholes. That guy had what was coming to him. No guess as to what it was though?

Old muscle cars can be beat pretty easily, Im not saying all, but most of them sound real loud and push too little power with their huge motors, plus they weigh more than a tank.

True but there are some that were made that will rape most cars on the road today in their stock trim. You just have to be able to spot them

Yeah there are a bunch of 60's & 70's cars that weighed 2 tons or so. My dad used to own a olds 4-4-2...he had damned 400 hp (tunnelram intake, 800cfm holley, and cam) but it weighed a lil over 4000 lbs. Ran 13's so it was cool

Ok, I'm a big muscle car fan, but you know what? I LOVE it when some asshole gets owned by a guy who doesn't talk big and puts up. Put up or shut up. Good job dude, congrats on showing that moron who had the faster car

Re: American muscle gets flexed on ....

Muscle cars will always have a place in my heart. Ya some of them are just tanks with V8s but some of em can run. But i agree J Swiqz anybody who talks the talk and cant walk the walk deserves to be put in there place!

Re: American muscle gets flexed on ....

I tried to race a 70's or so camero that looked easy enough to beat.... it was a fair race for 1st/2nd ( i honestly thought i had him and he popped the sneaky pete and left me...... there is a lot to say for a 150 shot...... something like 4 car lengths.... don't assume cause it's old your import can wax it cause you become humble real quick when some of your buddies are following behind you.....

Alex email me with some dates/times/locations for some NC racing... i'll travel an hour to raliegh for it........

A ford doesn't have a 350. It was most likely a chevy. Nice kill man I always like to shut people up who pop off at the mouth, especially when they have there gf with them.
