Kill Story: z28, 20psi GTI
Well, I hooked up my zex system thursday and did some finishing touches friday but friday it rained so I got rained out at the track and then that meant no cruising either.
Last night was nice alittle cool but nothing too bad, well I drove around all night lookin for a camaro or a trans am to race and see how well I would do against one with the 55 shot. well my 1st race was a new black GTI with a chip and some bolt on's and he was running 20psi or that's the word on the streets no doubt it was high boost that thing spooled like no other GTI ive seen! ok well we went from a 2nd gear roll, I flipped the switched and the nitrous was armed and we took off, we were about even in 2nd then shifted to third and I gained about half a car on him and pulled alittle more before I shut down. We raced a good 2-3 times and everytime I would pull him, we gave each other props and he went about his business. As we were racing there was a mid 90's z28 following and watching so it was an LT1. At 1st he wouldent get next to me he just kept taking off as I pulled up next to him I was like wtf? So finally we raced from a 3rd gear roll and I pulled about a car on him and let off somewhere in 4th. then we caught a light and asked about their setup and they said they had a few bolt on's. so the light turn's green but they dont want to go from 1st I geuss? so when he shift's in 2nd he just hold's it at a good rpm for him im geussing around 3-4k so im like cool so we go from 2nd to 4th and I pulled a good car on him maybe alittle more. we caught another light and they just looked amazed that this little honda showed them what was up. After that I went home and started the drinking festivities! sorry for the long story Cliff note's: b18 crx with 55 shot beat's z28 with bolt on's and a GTI supposedly running 20psi and some bolt on's.

Man, you should be hitting mid thirteens at the track by now right? Or at least high 13s with good driving, go chase some NSXs...

yeah i know, i still think a 20 psi gti should be faster than you, 20 psi is a boatload of boost, ps go to the track and get us some updated times! im always curious to see what you run
