Painting stock side skirts and door panel?

I want to paint the stock side skirts and door panel on my civic si factory black , just wondering what other options I have besides getting it proferssionally done giving me results similar to prof. done if possible. Type of paints, primers etc.

u want them black? just go get some off a dx or something cost alot less
