Just spent the day sight-seeing; as we're famous for doing. Headed on up highway 6 over Loveland Pass (Continental Divide) - haven't been up there for a long time. So very very
and FREAKY!Good ole truck still cruisin up that old I-70 highway, hits that blacktop like she was born to run. Kills me though, when I see/hear how hard some people push their vehicles, specially older ones, up I-70 into Eisenhower. I'm usually doin 50-55mph, in "D" with power mode (basically 3rd), at roughly 3500rpm's or so, give or take. These people pass me like I'm sitting still, with their engine SCREAMING I don't mean like some bigger engine vehicles, the ones that you know can handle it - I'm talking about your average 4-cylinder and smaller V6 engines. They come flying past you, their engine crying out, then, sure enough, some of them, just up the road will be pulling over with steam coming out. Good gosh, buddy, you may have past me, but you're a sitting duck now! I like my vehicle too much to care whether or not I arrive at my destination twenty minutes later.
