I have a 1997 Toyota Camry LE. When I turn it off, the rear and front lights stay on. I have to play with the keyless entry (from anywhere between 1 - 15 minutes) before I can get it to turn off. Sometimes I have to drive around the block to get it to turn off. It's very wierd and annoying. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Re: Lights Won't Turn Off
Possibly a bad Headlamp or DRL relay? Maybe a short in the headlight switch as well.

Re: Lights Won't Turn Off
I'm not sure what a DRL is. One guy I tallked to seems to think it has something to do with my alarm system. I'm trying to figure out if it's something that I can fix myself before I have to go and shell out the cash to get it fixed. Also, does it matter if it's a V6 or not? Because I forgot to mention that it's a V6.

Re: Lights Won't Turn Off
Engine size does not matter. DRL = Daytime Running Lights. You might want to take the "brain" of the alarm and reset it, if you seem to think that it's a alarm-related problem. You'll also want to check your relays and fuses to make sure that they are in tip-top shape.
