i am about to buy a 94 cougar i would just like to know how much hp does it have?? it is the V8 4.6L.. thanks

it also has 117000 miles on it.. how much more do u think i will get out of it before there are a lot of problems with it.

the 94 v8 4.6 has 205hp and 265 lb-ft torque most last 200k miles if taken care of can last much longer... good luck with ur buy

i have that same year cougar and i put 164 hp and 208 torque to the ground with exhaust,tune,dsm ignition,filter

hey cool if ur lookin to buy a 94, i just picked mine up off of my dad and he had it for 4-5 yrs be4 me, it has been a great car, i know stock they make about 205 hp but w/ the overdrive auto ur loosin some nice power at the wheels unfortunately, but easily can make up for it, BBK makes some good parts, same w/ flowmaster and jet, good luck w/ the buy, they r some killer underrated cars!

I have a 94 cougar with the 4.6 and i love it, i had the computer reprogrammed, had flowmasters installed and had it recently tuned up completely and its pushing 260hp easy i hope you love yours as much.......take care of it and it will take care of you!
