98 240sx Cat Back (Need Help with Decision!)

Hello peeps,
Im lookin to build a sleeper since i live in NY and dont want any of the donut eaters on my tail. I want to pop on a performance cat back that is quiet on idle and a little aggresive on take off. I am looking at the Apexi RS Series and the RS-R EX-MAG. Both are supposed to deal with this issue, especially the RS-R. I hear the HKS HIPER also is quiet. Does anyone have any experience with these??

I also need headers...either HOTSHOT, or OBX. any thoughts??
