93 olds 88 ac system

have a 1993 olds 88, air conditioner stopped working, changed the ac pump, put in new freon,but the electrical fans and air pump still wont run, but when it the car gets hot fans will then run, can anyone give me an idea what might be wrong, thanks

Is this a standard air system or automatic tempersture system?

its standard air, we had it working but it went back out, think ill take it out back and shoot it

as far as i know everything works we also got the air workinga few of them big black fuses under the hood were bad thanks
