Read down on the posts. I know this was mentioned last week. I haven't done it my self, but if I remember correctly, your just suppose to reach up to the back of it and push in and turn, I'm guessing counter clock wise, like a bolt or screw.
Try going up at the top of this post to the Search this Forum, and type in what your looking for. You'll probably find the answer easier that way. Good luck.
