325is worth keeping

I just received a 1995 325is in a business settlement. It is a great driving car, but I am concerned because it has 160,000 miles on it. The body is excellent and the interior is in good shape. Is this car worth putting a rebuilt engine & transmission in or should I sell it and get a car with less miles.
Thanks,
Wavesailer

Sell it, it's only a 325, if you have a M3, I might tell you to reconsider. E36 don't really have big values, unless you're extremely attached to it, and you did modifications. Otherwise, why don't you get yourself a E46 coupe?

Re: 325is worth keeping

Is the motor bad or you just think it will be going so. The motor should last long into the 200's and the low 3's with out problems
