'04 spec V second gear whining noise

I got my 2004 spec V for a little over a month and noticed that there is a whining noise coming from the transmission when it's rolling in second gear (looking for parking spot type of scenario where the foot was left off the gas pedal). When I step on the clutch or press the gas pedal, the whining noise will disappear.

I asked the dealer and they told me everthing was normal. I am just wondering whether other spec V owners have the same whining noise in 2nd gear. Does anyone know why this only happens in 2nd gear and not other gears.
