Taurus Block Drain Plug?

I have a issue with my 92 Ford Taurus. I know they are hard on head gaskets. I went to do a coolant flush and my Haynes manual doesn't tell me where my drain plug for the engine block is. Also, do they come out and go back in with relative ease?
