Hi guys! i just got my intake today nad i was wondering how much it cost you guys to get yours installed, next i'm getting a high flow cat and N1 duals, how much for those as well? i still have to order the last two but i'm not sure about the high flow cat, is the one that they offer at the site the only one that fits? if not, wich others would you recomend?

i'd like to take this opportunity to let you guys here at the forum(specially the senior regulars, you know who you are) know that your knowledge is verry appreciated and have you guys to thank for all the knowledge i've gained, here i discovered what i have( i always knew i didn't have some piece of crap) it's encouraged me to upgrade my 240sx, i'm verry excited to start moding it.

ive got a injen intake, i didnt add it, the guy before me did, and it looks like it bolted right up to the original mounts, and fits into the original opening too. the sensor plugs and what not i think arent too hard, they might even plug right into the new intake, but if you know at least a little bit about electronics you can hook it up. good luck, have fun modding your new toy, and hopefully its in good enough shape where it wont break down too much

well i don't know what intake install would cost i say do it your self its one of the easier installs shop probbly like 20- 30 bux.

I'm gald you've learned alot here and if you start thinking your car sucks send it this way mate! hehe

First off, welcome to the site

About the install questions, have you thought about installing the parts yourself? Intake and exhaust are probably the 2 easiest things that you can do to your car. If you just don't have the space to do it or don't have the tools, then most shops charge a rate of about $70 an hour for labor. The intake should only take them about half an hour tops, so like someone else said before, it might be around $30-$50 or so. Exhaust should be about the same. What site were you looking at the cats at?

Thanx guys, i've made sure the car is in tip top shape, i'm not new to the car though, i've had it for two years now, you know it's been verry reliable.

I would like to do it my self and have that upclose and personal experience with my car but i don't have too much time and defenetly no space. i love the car and i'm never getting rid of it i plan to take it to it's limits.

about the money the shop says they'll charge $80/hour and that it might take more than an hour, i thought the time and price weren't right, hey j spec the site is enjuku racing.

4k to spend eh? That's easily enough for a perfectly clean SR swap with even a few upgrades, if you were willing to do it yourself.

i know, it thought about it but then i also thought about a turbo, fmaxx perhaps it sounds good to me hte swap isn't an option anymore for meso i'm just going to stick with my ka, thanx for the info.
