uncirtainty

uhhh, i was lookin around in my engine compartment yesterday looking for the engine code.. i looked all over with a flashlight along the left side and all around the tranny.. couldn't find it.. also, i think the stock distributor code is TD-46U... the one on my car is TD-55U.. anyone know what engine this is from?

edit: ergh nm td-55u is the right code for my car.. but i still can't find the code for it.. think someone could have scratched it out?

Re: uncirtainty

look right next to ur tranny numbers it will be kinda hard to see most likely due to oil and crap so just clean it off down there and u should see it if it is a B18A1 then that is 90-93 and if it is B18B1 then that is a 94-95 or so motor that could be why ur distributor numbers are different
