Rear Strut Brace question.

i've got a 91 CRX Si. does anyone make a rear strut tower brace that can be installed without cutting away some of the plastic interior molding? i would rather not cut into my car if i don't have to.

thanks.

Re: Rear Strut Brace question.

I'm pretty sure I had one that didnt require cutting..just removal of the caps..it was just a generic bar though..nothing fancy... but maybe i'm rememberign wrong? it was awhile ago...

i had one off of ebay that just needed those little doors that cover the struts to be removed, it would have fit fine, but my sub box was too big.

crxlvr, do you remember who made it?

i want to install the rear bar so i can use it as a camera mount. but i don't want to tear into my car if i don't have to. i'd rather just not have the bar there and figure something else out.

thanks.

Re: Rear Strut Brace question.

You shouldn't have to do any cutting.. Most parts like that are designed for simple bolt-on application.
