Best upgrade for money JDM B16A

Ok, bought a ls integra 94 that had the motor swapped out for a JDM B16a sirII motor, just want to know what you guys think what would be the best next upgrade for HP.

Here is what has already been done to the car:

JDM 1.6 VTEC motor with factory oil cooler
Type R red valve cover
Moroso 8.5mm wires
NGK plugs
JDM 95 GSR intake cam
Type R exhaust cam
JE PISTON rings
Type R flywheel
PT performance lightened crank pulley(blue)
New Proline axles
99 GSR Tranny
Complete Tokico Illumina Springs and adjustable shocks
SP Greddy exhaust with new 2.5in piping

let me know what you guys think

Any ideas on any other good upgrades, looking to get some DC Sport headers, anything else comparable that doesn't cost as much or is DC sports the best to get

Don't get a DC header, they are crap. They are for show, and don't give you much over stock at all. They are more of a fad. If you can get your hands on one get a itr.

when i did it, i didn't find it very difficult at all.. took me about an hour.. do a search on google for some DIY's there are a few out there that really hepled me quite a bit... i think it's easier in 3rd gens as well... i got to rip out my whole center console i had to modify my heat shield a bit too (most likely because of cheap kit) but that just required a piece of metal and a few bolts.. nothing too difficult... definitely something you can do if you can get under your car(jack/jackstands) or just drive up on wood planks.. that's what i do.. pain in the ass but it works
