Hiya, If you are only interested in the rise of the headlight, there is a very easy way to do this. Open up your hood and pop-open your headlights in full (headlights on). Now inside the spare wheel compartment just behind the headlight you'll see a red knob with a circular arrow, turn this knob and the headlight will begin to lower, lower it as far as you want to get that killer mean look. Now be carefull when you turn off the headlights from inside the car DO NOT turn the switch completely towards you to ( is it close?) otherwise the headlights will close completely and will pop-up completely when you turn them on again, you have to turn the headlight switch to the second to last notch wich I believe is OFF (my car is still in storage can't remember off hand what it is). There a couple of draw back to this

1) Unless you have custom made headlamps made for a narrow opening
like to ones found at http://www.roguesystems.co.uk/products/
you will get very little light driving at night (at a routine traffic stop my friend was asked if there was a problem with his headlights)

2) If you flash your highbeams the headlights will pop full up again and close completely..

Hope it helps..

cheers
Tony

Re: Where Can I get these headlights

i believe you can modify the actuator arm to change how high the headlights go. however, unless you have smaller lights in their place that are properly aimed, this renders them completely useless at night. a guy by the name of "kustomplay" on mr2oc took this approach and it seems to have worked well.
