99 Suburban electrical cut out

My 1999 1500 Suburban (54,000 miles) electrical system has twice recently cut out. The first time I replaced the battery and the second time it cut out as I was starting it but it still started and the radio and clock reset. Does anyone have any information on this type of problem? Thank you.

Re: 99 Suburban electrical cut out

Check The Battery Cables, Just Because The Terminal Is Clean Dosent Mean That The Corrosion Has Not Gotten Down Into The Cable And Will Give The Same Result....
Been There Done That...
