cold air intake for 2000

how hard would it be to install a cold air intake on a 2000 impala, and where could i get 1 at that, and how would it sound?

i've also been looking around for one of these and with no luck so far i seem to remember some1 saying the made one for their car on these forums.

finally found one http://www.pfyc.com/store/merchant.m...y_Code=IMUNDER looks nice but i have a 3.4L and they have only tested it on the 3.8L. Does any1 know if the 3.4 and the 3.8 are similar in that front left area of the engine bay?
