cirrus 95 v6 A/C compressor not turning on

Hi! The mechanic filledUp the sistem , but compressor stil not working.Power is comming to the clutch relay,the oborots are going up litle,but the compressor and the fans are off.The fans are working only wen the car is hot.Drivers side fan is fast ,other is slowly turning.
Is there any fusses for the A/C or is there someting else to check before connecting the compressor to 12v directly? Thank you!

Yes, it is a fuse. Check your fuse box. It's one of the beefy ones. It controls the AC compressor and the radiator fans.
