pLEasE HELP! Engine vibrates!Appreciate any help

Does any one know why after I got my tranny rebuilt and then I can feel the car is shaking ?( before rebuilding the tranny, it didn't happen!)
I poped the hood and can see it's the engine moving a little bit more than normal, iregularily shaking(not much , but can tell the difference).It is more obvious when it's in park, reverse and neutral, when it is in drive, you can't really tell.


I have it checked by Honda Dealer for 180 bucks and told ''your vehicle is absolutely normal, sir.'' What the heck is normal???!!!
They said they checked the mount and ran it through a honda scanner.
