'95 GMC Jimmy Flasher Unit

Can anyone tell me where the flasher unit is located on a '95 GMC Jimmy, as well as what it looks like? I looked at the fuse block in the dash, but it doesn't seem to be there. My blinker lights work REAL slowly, and I was told the unit may be bad. Thanks!

Flasher is located at the lower center of the dash, next to the ash tray , you have to undo the bottem dash screws to access.
