Unhappy Turn and Stop Light Fuses Blowing

I have a 94 GC and for some reason the turn and stop light fuses keep on blowing. It also appears to blow the hazard lights when used. So far I've replaced the combo flasher with one from a working GC and it did not solve the problem. I've check the cable to the multi-function switch with an ohmmeter and it appears that there is connectivity (or a short) between pins 11, 12, 14, 15, and 17. pin 13 shows a load. I seem to be lost at this point with nowhere to go....Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Turn and Stop Light Fuses Blowing

have you had a new stereo installed in your van? I had this same problem after we had a stereo installed in my van and what it turned out to be is there was a black wire with a yellow stripe that went to the LED in the original stereo. Once we stubbed off that wire the lights went back to working normally. Hope this helps.
