curiosity killed the n00b (the cat laughed) 97 Max

hello, this is my first post on my first day of owning my very first maxima...i just bought a 97 black, Manual, max basically fully loaded 'cept leather...and i love it (only 50k miles on it too!) and now i am broke, however i am very curious as to what mods do you experienced maxima drivers suggest I should start with...excluding exterior styles and tires/rims since i like it the way it is with alloys (for now that is).....i'm talking more performance....but not to the extreme of NOS... what do you think is a good path to progressively mod this beautiful car of mine ...ALL MINE!......*cough* sorry but i've been researching cars hardcore for a year now trying to decide what i should/could get for my money and i finally decided on a max and it's just such a great car.... ANYways....

all help would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone has any suggestions as to what brand of part to use, and any kind of ballpark figure of the price for the item that would be awesome....

2. cattman headers ----less money ----> y pipe (cattman, warpspeed, budget)
3. Catback Exhaust
4. Technosquare or JWT Upgraded ECU
5. Unorthodox racing underdrive pulley
6. light racing wheels and toyo proxes t1-s
7. MEVI (at the moment you would have to go with the jwt ecu for extended rev limiter with the MEVI)

The biggest gains in susupension feel come from the Rear Sway Bar

I know you said no exterior mods but, you have to get the clear corners. They make a big difference.
