Bayside Blue, how to make it?

the stock blue color of the skyline is hot, and i want to make that paint from paint colors at my local hobby lobby, because they probably dont have it, but im sure i can mix it, but how and with which colors?

I am curious to know too. The closest I can think for Gunze paints is C65 Bright Blue. I wonder if it should be mixed with Gunze Super Clear for maximum gloss.

Tamiya Mica Blue is pretty close. Some recommend spraying over Tamiya white primer. I sprayed over Silver Leaf. Awesome color either way.

Try Tamiya Brilliant blue on maybe a white or silver undercoat??? Brilliant blue is about as close as you can get i think.
