p13 ECU manual or automatic??? help fast

I recieved this ecu, complete JDM swap package, with the motor, tranny (h22a) and i was looking at aces high swap directions and noticed that the pinout had 3 clusters of wires together... my ecu has four... how do you tell whether or not the ECU is for an Automatic or manual... is it in the code written on it, or is there another way, because im days away from about to swap and i have to make sure this is the right one.. the code is 37820-p13-j51 and below it, it says 556 j-at .... someone please tell me that the j-at doesnt mean automatic tranny.... any help would be appreciated thanks

.. if it is for an auto... can it be used at all or is that impossible..

I think it is automatic. You can't use it. There is a thing called the transmission control module that connects to the ECU. When you take the auto tranny out, and the ECU no longer recieves a signal from the TCM, that will throw a CEL. That causes the ECU to run in limp mode. You need to get a manual ECU or open the auto ECU up and convert its internals to manual.
