How do you reset the computer in the 95 Ford Thunderbird

I read on another board to pull the #15 fuse, crank the engine, and then replace the fuse to reset the computer. It's the #15 fuse in the engine compartment. Here is a link. The info is about 2/3's of the way down on the first page.

What kind of how to's? www.tccoa.com is a good place to start. There are others boards as well, that one happens to be one of the more popular ones.
