Ignition controlled door locks on '00 F250

Does anyone know how to stop the truck from locking the doors when the ignition is turned on???

i do in this for memory but i thank it is unlock 3 times turn key to on then 3 more it may be lock on the second time hope it helps pM if it dont work i got them in my truck
