Question Advise on CRX

To start off i know zip about honda's, i've done nothing on any cars besides bmw's so bear with me.
I'm thinking about buying a CRX a friend is selling... specs are as follows:
1991 crx
b16a1 cable tranny
94 gsr motor
dc sport 4-2-1 header
cold air intake
thermal cat-back exhaust
310 injectors
fluidyne radiator
stage 3 six puck clutch
act flywheel
polyurethane complete suspension
tokico illumina adjustable 5
sprint 2.5 lowering springs
megan racing 4strut bars
17" ace spades rims\kuhmo tires( brand new)
4 integra disk brake conversion with brembo drilled and slotted rotors/axis brake pads
dc sport short shifter
OBDO-OBD1 CONVERSION HARNESS
P72 MUGEN CHIPPED ECU
xenon full body kit
gun metal paint (brand new)
black halo angel eyes projector headlights
shaved rear squirter and wiper

How much should i offer him?
What kind of power should i expect?
Any other comments would be nice.
Sorry for the questions i'm new to the world of japanese cars

Re: Advise on CRX

that thing sounds nice i'm not fan of that kit but if you like it then its all good.
should be making like 200hp
dump the 17s they'll slow it down.
It sounds nice it depends what crxs go for around you what to offer where are you i'm sure someone can help you out.
