Thumbs up h22a swap is done

Hey guys,
I have finally done the swap from f22a1 to JDM h22a in my 93 prelude. It took a week and there were some stupid little things that needed to be done but it is over. Now the engine sounds like it has a miss in it so the tech at the dealership i work at is going to look at the car today. I ran 4 wires off my existing harness like it has been posted and she fired up at 1:30 a.m. I also installed some 1 piece headlight assemblies and that was a pain in the ass also but the pay off in looks is worth it. It is worth the swap over IMO. I can't wait to hear the VTEC kick in. Anyways this is just an update from old post.

Re: h22a swap is done

It really worked out very good. The miss was caused by a broken wire to the fuel injector resistor. Fixed wire and no more miss. yeah!!
But my knock sensor is acting up setting off my engine light. Will this cause some permanent damage with prolong driving?

Re: h22a swap is done

I wouldn't think so but it is always better to get these things fixed just in case your engine really does start knocking.
