Brakes

I have a 94 Safari 4.3 vortec engine and when you press the brake pedal the pedal pulse a bit and it feels like the abs is kicking in everytime and the steering wheel starts to shake (vibrate) in your hand and the steering wheel also starts shaking (vibrate) everytime you go over 115km/h. any ideas

Sounds like you have a bad rotor or two, have the brakes checked. I think you'll find that some new pads and rotors will do the trick.
