Pistons,Rods and other all motor upgrades

Hey what's up guys I'm new to this post so i jUsT want to say Hi! anywayz I have a stock Del sol SI and was wondering what kind of HP gains would i expect from doing all motor work to it? I kinda want to keep my little SOHC and beef it up to make it my own made warrior. I was looking through out the forum and saw that most people say F* Ebay but i was just wondering what you guys think of these?
