Where can a scale size picture of the guages so that I can make my own white face guages. I need the picture of the guages before they are installed.

Re: Instrument faces

How do you make your own?

As for the scale size - if you can't find one, you might want to rip one out of a Bird at the junkyard. Just a thought.

But I'm really interested in making my own - how do get the material? Thanks!

Re: Instrument faces

Its a wierd printer. If your really desperate you can print it out on regular paper and laminate it. I've seen this done and it actually looked nice. but I need the picture of them before they are installed.

Re: Instrument faces

wouldnt they be kinds worthless at night? I got mine off of ebay for $20, they worked okay, they dont stick, but you need to peel the backing off (so its thin, and the light can shine through the numbers). Also, i recomend brighter pod lights, just to make it brighter. I dont know the number off hand (its at tccoa.com), but the lights are the same light bulbs that you use for the side fender blinker/lights on BMW 3 series.

Re: Instrument faces

They are thin enough that light will shine through, but I'm not going to worry about it I found some in geocities that look great and brand new for $35.
