first time new setup

i finally made it to the track with the turbo setup. And i am fairly pleased
i layed down a 13.07 at 107.2 mph witha 2.04 60' time.
I also found out that i had my setting for my old fuel injectors set as 240cc and they were 290cc . My new ones are 450cc so i was running way lean on bottom. So i am expecting 12.6 to 12.7 . Also the weather was hot and humid. So i losst a tenth or two

Re: first time new setup

Thats fu**ing fast man. Congrats. If its your first time on the track you will improve a lot with driving skills, and with the updated injectors and good track and weather conditions expect .5.-8 improvement. I improved .6 seconds out of pure driving from my first time to my tenth time, and i wasnt bad at my first time. You ran on slicks?

no it wasnt my first time racing, i have been running 1/4 mile for about 4 years now. It was the first time on turbo my all motor setup went 14.30 at 94.3 mph. I am affraid to run slick in fear of i might blow my differential. Because i did in my old trans, put too much power to the stock diff and toasted the beaings metal was everywhere , so i replaced it with a new less milage trans. So i am running drag radials, and spinning kinda bad , i launch at 3000. Also my shift linkage is a little slopy because when we welded the new integra one on it melted the bushings in the u joint, so i have like 1 to 2 inches of side to side play. But i will fix it this week and be back at the track friday night to pull some 12's
