1990 rx7 motor swap

What is a good motor to swap into a 1990 rx7, my freind blew his motor and he wants the best motor that he can fit.

a street ported 13B would be a nice addition. A good street ported motor will typically see a 20% horsepower increase. A turbo II engine would be even better, but that requires a complete powertrain and computer system swap.

if hes rich he could get a 20B but being realistic, 13B TII if he wants to change the powertrain and computer system...

720cc secondaries, Aftermarket Turbo inlet duct w/K&N, Hawk HP+ pads
HKS Blow-Off Valve, Stainless brake and clutch lines
