Buying a RB25DET

Hey im about 2 weeks away from buying a RB25 and i was wondering where the best place to buy them from is...im not necessarily saying cheapest...i just want to get my motor (within 3 to 6 months ) anyone buy one from somewheres and can spread the word?

P.S Does anyone know who makes a single turbo manifold for the RB26DETT since the RB25 doesnt switch over?

got mine from RS-Imports... he only sells what he has in his posesssion far as i know, i got mine in a little over a week i believe, shipped to my door. very clean clips and great customer service... check my cardomain to see pics of my clip if you like... www.rsimports.vze.com is their site.

You Could Have A Rb20/25 Log Manifold Flange Cut Off And Rewelded To Fit The Rb26 Head.

I think your talking about the sr20, they didnt mention selling the rb25

any other places?

Front 1/2 Car R33 Skyline GTS-T
Skyline RB25DET 5 Speed Conversion 250HP Turbo DOHC 2.5L for 89+ 240SX. More work than the SR20 Swap but immense power, these engines are capable of over 500HP with minor mods and boost increase. Very rare in 5 speed versions automatic's require special order. These bolt in mechanically but will require more wiring and some custom work on the fans, radiator, and intercooler piping. The RB26DETT Skyline GTR engine does not clear the steering linkage in the 240SX, and I believe is not worth the extra cost. Averaging at least $1500 over the RB25DET for an extra 30HP, then coming with an unusable 4wd transmission- it isn't the way to go. The single turbo RB25DET has more potential, and is easier/cheaper to find a quality unit as they were availiable in Sedans and several versions of skylines.
