the lowest youre going to find a tt is ~15k (thats what i paid) some people claim to have found them cheaper but that is very rare. supratrader.com ebaymotors.com autotrader.com cars.com just keep looking....

What about MKIV Turbos, for how much can you usually find those? And if they have about 90K+ miles on 'em what is usually recommended?

depends greatly on what tranny you want. Average for an auto goes from 16k-29k while 6 speeds go regularly for 23k-40k all depending on year
